Accept crypto payments in a Хорошоп (Horoshop) shop

CryptoLike connects to a shop on Хорошоп (Horoshop) through the platform's API, without a plugin: for every order placed with your "Cryptocurrency" payment method it creates a payment, e-mails the customer a payment link and marks the order paid once the payment is confirmed. Setup takes about 15 minutes in the CryptoLike cabinet; no developer is needed.

#How it works

The customer places the order as usual, and CryptoLike handles the crypto payment from the e-mail with the link to the order status in the Хорошоп admin. The shop is checked every minute, so the link arrives within a couple of minutes of the order.

1. The customer places an order and chooses your crypto payment method, for example "Cryptocurrency". Хорошоп shows its usual "Thank you" page.
2. Within about a minute CryptoLike picks the new order up and creates a payment for the order total in the order's currency.
3. The customer receives an e-mail from CryptoLike with your shop's name, the order number, the amount and a link to the payment page, where they choose the asset and network, see the amount and the time left, and pay.
4. When the payment is confirmed, CryptoLike marks the order paid in Хорошоп and sets the status you chose (by default «В обробці», Processing).
5. If the payment expires or you cancel it, the order gets the status you chose for that case (by default «Не доставлено»), or stays as it is.

The Хорошоп API cannot add a custom payment gateway, change the shop's e-mails or message the customer, so the payment link comes in a separate e-mail from CryptoLike. Tell customers about it in the payment method's description (step 2).

#What you need

• A Хорошоп shop on a plan with API access, and an admin account that can create admins.
• A CryptoLike account with at least one enabled asset. The connector needs no account verification; KYB applies only to payouts, such as refunds.
• The shop's prices in a currency CryptoLike accepts: USD, EUR, UAH, GBP or CAD. All five are enabled for every account by default, so a shop in hryvnias has nothing to request from support.

#1. Create an API admin in Хорошоп

In the shop's admin panel open «Налаштування → Адміни» (Settings → Admins) and add an admin only for CryptoLike, for example cryptolike-api, with a long unique password. Хорошоп has no separate API keys: the connector signs in with this admin's login and password, so do not reuse a person's account.

#2. Create the payment method

In the shop's payment settings add a simple method with no built-in gateway, such as "Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT and others)". In its description write: "The payment link will arrive by e-mail within a few minutes." Customers then wait for the e-mail instead of looking for a pay button on the site.

#3. Connect the shop in CryptoLike

Cabinet → Integrations → Хорошоп → Connect. Enter the shop domain (shop.example.ua), the API admin's login and password, and press Check. CryptoLike signs in and loads your payment methods and order statuses. The login and password are encrypted when you save them and are never shown again.

#4. Choose what the connector does

Pick the payment method from step 2: only orders with it are taken. Status after payment defaults to «В обробці». Status for an expired or cancelled payment defaults to «Не доставлено», or you can keep the order waiting for payment. "Add delivery to the amount" is off by default, because the Хорошоп order total excludes delivery; turn it on if the customer pays for delivery with the goods. Finally, set the shop name and the language of the customer e-mail: Ukrainian, Russian or English.

#5. Save and place a test order

From now on CryptoLike checks the shop every minute. Place a test order with the crypto method and watch it in the Sync log: order taken → payment created → link sent. Хорошоп has no sandbox, so create a cheap hidden test product and pay the small amount. Before that, check the payment page and the e-mail on a test order you cancel in the cabinet.

A paid order is never downgraded: a late expiry does not touch it.

#Sync log and common problems

Cabinet → Integrations → Хорошоп → Sync log lists what happened with each order: taken, payment created, link sent, status written, retries and errors. Entries are kept for 90 days.

Pause stops the connector temporarily. Disconnect stops synchronisation and deletes the saved login, password and sync log; payments already created stay in your account.

#Do I need a plugin or a developer to accept crypto on Хорошоп?

No. CryptoLike connects to the shop through the Хорошоп API with a separate admin account, and everything else is set up in the CryptoLike cabinet in about 15 minutes. You need a Хорошоп plan with API access, a "Cryptocurrency" payment method and a CryptoLike account; account verification (KYB) is needed only for payouts.

#Why does the payment link come by e-mail instead of on the shop's page?

The Хорошоп API cannot plug in a custom payment gateway, change the shop's e-mails or show the customer a message. CryptoLike therefore sends the link in its own e-mail with the shop name, the order number and the amount. Say in the payment method's description that the link arrives by e-mail within a few minutes.

#Can I keep prices in hryvnia?

Yes. The order stays in the shop's currency, usually UAH, and the customer pays the equivalent in crypto at a rate locked for the time to pay. UAH is enabled for payments by default, like USD, EUR, GBP and CAD; if the sync log says the currency is not enabled, check which currency the order is in.

#What if the customer pays less, or after the deadline?

Such a payment needs a decision, so CryptoLike leaves the Хорошоп order status unchanged and sends you a notification with a sync log entry. Open the payment in the cabinet, check what arrived, and decide whether to ship, ask for the rest or refund the customer with a payout from the cabinet.

#How do I test the connection when Хорошоп has no sandbox?

Create a cheap hidden product, order it with the "Cryptocurrency" method and pay the small amount. First, check the e-mail and the payment page on an order you cancel in the cabinet. Every step — order taken, payment created, link sent — shows up in the sync log.

#Which coins can customers pay with?

On the payment page the customer chooses from the assets you offer for invoices (Coins → For invoices in the cabinet), each shown with an approximate amount: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, TRON, USDT on TRON or Ethereum, or USDC. The list with confirmation thresholds is on the supported coins page; for customers in Ukraine, USDT on TRON is usually the most convenient.
